Meet our Founder
Shirley Dor is the Founder of Haitians Who Blog, the global network amplifying the voice of Haitian Creatives by increasing access to mentorship, working capital, business development, & curated experiences. As a result of her struggles in finding like-minded peers and a lack of a sense of community, Shirley Dor founded Haitians Who Blog. Shirley Dor combined her expertise in content creation and freelancing to launch and grow a global network specializing in development and curated networking experiences for Haitian Creatives.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Currently, she has been named one of the top 40 under 40 by the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce, Content Creators Party Creative Blogger of the Year, and Greater Haitian Chamber of Commerce Rising Star award. The founder is a proud member of NAWBO Launch Right Program. Shirley and Haitians Who Blog have been featured in The Lily, Washington Post, USA Today, Yahoo, Popsugar, Well + Good, among others.
